Clubhouse Primary
Brook Hill Golf Club is hiring a part-time Clubhouse Primary. The job focuses on customer service and daily operations of the golf course to include opening and closing activities. The Primary is responsible for checking in golfers, booking tee times on an automated system, answering phone calls, preparing menu items, cash register operations and general upkeep and organization of the clubhouse. This position is also responsible for ordering merchandise, food and beer, supervision of cart attendants, and organization of outings for large groups. The Primary reports to the Director and must be able to maintain an Indiana server’s permit for alcohol.

Director of Golf
The Town of Brookville/Brook Hill Golf Club is hiring a Director of Golf. The Director will be responsible for the grounds of Brook Hill Golf Course in addition to the clubhouse business operations. The director is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the grounds, equipment and buildings. They must have an applicators license for chemicals to include herbicides, fungicides and insecticides, and must meet all local, state and federal environmental regulations.

The Director is also responsible for the management and performance of the clubhouse, assuring high standards and total customer satisfaction; overseeing and enforcing the golf shop operations policies, procedures, and controls; overseeing merchandising for the pro shop, overseeing the supervision of the maintenance of golf carts and golf operations personnel, approving and orders supplies associated with golf activities, developing and overseeing an innovative tournament schedule and golf activities program that services all customer segments; and maintaining close working relationships with the golf course attendants and other department heads.

He/She should be a detail-oriented team leader with strong guest-centric, business and organizational skills along with a passion for the game of golf.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
